Natural selection rewarded our ancestors for collaboration and building social connections. The same story goes for design. I work well (together) in a cross functional team to create something awesome for people.
Greatest athletes, or business people established that nothing comes without hard work. I share the same mindset. Just like an athlete, I keep it simple and work hard one day after another.
Any (almost) interaction with a machine or interface should feel like an interaction with a human and should less feel like an interaction with a robot. I follow UCD principles for my work to achieve this.
Truly understanding people (and animals), recognizing and sharing their feelings enables the best possible solution. Without understanding their needs and goals products or experiences may be prone to failure. As a designer I put people first.
I try to be as constructive and open as possible. Open communication and trust in a workplace leads to success and building bonds with team members.
Reading philosophy and psychology books taught me how to raise essential questions, gather information to formulate solutions. Thinking out side of the box and interpreting abstract ideas have become handy in my work.
